Brewing Instructions:

Espresso: 18G Dose / 42G Yield in 30-33 Seconds at 8bars/202.5F

Manual Brew: 30G Dose / 450G Yield in 3-3.5Mins. Use Bottled Water, just off boil. Fully Saturate Coffee Bed (BLOOM) for 30 Seconds, and then continuously pour until 375G. After brief pause, add remaining mass of water. Let completely draw down. Air Cool. Enjoy at 150F from a glass. Share with Friends. Enjoy.
